Sitting having coffee this morning I am thinking about what I am grateful for in my life.
First and foremost that Jesus tapped me on the shoulder and I listened. My life has been so drastically improved, it is hard to comprehend. The only answer is having a relationship with Jesus and surrendering my life to him. Something so simple, yet so impactful.
Second are my children and grandchildren, they are gifts from God and I am so grateful I have them in my life.
Lastly, my family and friends with whom I am so blessed to have all of them in my life.
I wanted to share some verses I was reading this morning that touched my heart.
Psalm 100:4-5
“Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.”
1 Chronicles 16:34
“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.”
Isaiah 25:1
“Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you. I will praise your name, for you have accomplished wonders, plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness.”
Psalm 91:1-2
“The one who lives under the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
Wishing everyone a Thanksgiving full of God, grace, love and peace.
